As a long time customer I was disappointed with this order. The description for the facial cleanser was supposed to be 5oz it’s in a 4oz plastic bottle. The order use to come with little instruction cards and that changed also

I guess shipping took longer than usual because of Labor Day but I didn’t get what was in the description this is still a 4oz jar in a plastic bottle…

The cleansing soap irritates my eye region which I’m not a fan of. The lotion doesn’t seem to be well formulated . The moisture seems to just sit on the skin rather than moisture. I would probably stick to the Qasil and Hurd mask . I have used it before when I was living back home and it seems to be the agreeing with my skin .

As someone who struggles daily with acne prone skin and hyperpigmentation, this skin care brand does wonders. I love the way it leaves my skin feeling fresh. B.O.T.H for the win!

So I ordered this bundle during their Black Friday sale. I received a notification from usps stating it delivered to my house about 5 days after. The package was never delivered. I reached out BOTH and was told they couldn’t refund or ship anything out but can help me locate the package. I haven’t heard from them after. About 2 weeks go by and I finally get the package and the ship date was 12/12 meaning they never ship it to begin with. Okay cool let’s get into the products. The facial wash is cool nothing spectacular it cleanses a tad bit drying but not odee. I would used that face wash if you wear make up often to get it off. IEverything else broke me tf out ! The turmeric honey specifically. I even diluted it and still broke me out with welt like bumps

The shipment has never been delivered since June 2023. It's been 5 months already.

The SAVE bundle experience is excellent. I love the simplicity, quality of ingredients, the quality of the containers, and the philosophy behind it. My only regret would be not making the purchase sooner. My goal for this purchase was to Invest in a skincare product that may sooth my breakouts, tackle acne scars, and maximize the shopping done with products sourced directly from Africa. B.O.T.H. achieved that with the SAVE bundlez and quickly made me a happy customer. The cleanser, masks, and moisturizer manage to balance a good smell, simple transparent and mostly vegan ingredients, and a good price point for me. At the moment I work in construction, so use the cleanser and moisturizer daily, and then masks on a bi-weeklu basis. Thankfully the moisturizer retains hydration throughout an entire day of driving, outdoor activities with dirt, soil, concrete, and the unpredictable weather in the mid-atlantic region. On the other hand, I am not an experienced mask user, though using both masks so far has been great for my pores and the brilliance of the skin on my face and neck. All in all, I am happy to continue using B.O.T.H. products as my first choice.
